On January 8, 1956, Jim Elliot and his four friends were speared to death by the tribe they sought to love. Today, that same tribe worships the God of Jim Elliot.
After 10 years, Jim remains one of my spiritual heroes.

Me, too. The Shadow of the Almighty had a HUGE impact on me. And, his journals have been a continued inspiration.
