I had some great plans for this week. It looks like many of them will be pushed to a later time because I am very sick. Thank God for wireless internet connection because I don't even have the strength to make it to the desk. My wife is being a wonderful servant. Please pray that I will get better today so that I can serve her. Ever since reading C.J. Mahaney's "Humility", I have prayed daily, "Lord kill pride and cultivate humility." I'll just accept this set back as an answer to that prayer.

O for the day when our bodies will be raised imperishable! I sympathize with you, brother, and ask that the Great Physician would restore you soon.

Father, I pray for health and healing for my brother in You. Fill him with a sense of your love and grace today. Give Jeanna a servant's heart and fill them with joy in Christ's name.
