Washington DC Mission Trip

I will be out of pocket for about a week because I am leading a group of about 32 people from my church to Washington DC for a mission trip. I hope to be able to post a few times this week, but that all depends on the availability of a computer and internet connection.

Here are a few of the things we will be doing:
-Serving at CrossLink International
-Serving Guilford Baptist Church (painting, weeding, laying down insulation, decorating for VBS, etc.). Guilford is a plant from Capitol Hill Baptist.
-Serving Central Union Mission
-Serving United Baptist Church
-Attending Covenant Life Church on Sunday morning
-Meeting Karl Graustein
-Attending a Nationals baseball game (vs. Cubs). Props to my friend John Patterson for the tickets.
-Passing out "For Your Joy" booklets
-Seeing the sights

Didn't Eric give a great message on Sunday! It was neat to see you guys pile into our lobby and sancturary on Sunday at CLC and see y'all feasting off of the Word of God. It's always neat see youths who give away their summers to passionately serve the Savior.
