A small group from my church get together on Tuesday mornings before work to discuss good Christian books together. For the month of November we are jogging through The Peacemaker by Ken Sande. It has been about 4 years since I first read this book and have been reminded why it is such a great book. I don't know of any other book that addresses the issue of conflict from a gospel perspective. If you have ever been in a conflict, are in a conflict, or will ever be in a conflict, you should read this book (that means all of you). Conflict provides an opportunity to glorify God, serve others, and grow in Christ-likeness. So, it would be tragic to go through life not taking advantage of the opportunity conflicts offer.
